Ann with Booker

Ann has been with Northside Animal Hospital since 1985! She is our fountain of information and perspective. Ann and her husband Pat live on a dairy farm and they have many pets in their family. She has a menagerie of dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs. Here, Ann is pictured with her dog Booker, who is a Vizsla.

Ann and her husband Pat have three children: Brian, Mike and Erin. Plus, they are proud grandparents to 5 grandchildren. When Ann is not working, she enjoys gardening, traveling and reading. She is a volunteer with DeVries Nature Conservancy, and likes to bird watch and hike.



Receptionist / Assistant

Theresa enjoys helping people and pets at the clinic. She has a particular interest in keeping pets healthy with preventative care. She loves to answer owner’s questions about keeping pets feeling well, such as with parasite prevention. She says that she especially enjoys working with such a caring Veterinarian and team.

Theresa and her family share their home with two dogs: Mazy May, a Newfoundland Mix; Bo Diddle, a Shitzo/Poodle Mix.. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, camping, skiing and baking.


Licensed Veterinary Technician

Leeann graduated from Baker Community College as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Leeann loves being able to work with people and pets as part of her career. She enjoys being part of a team that cares so much about animals, and using science in her day to day work.

Leeann shares her home with Ernie, an adorable and frisky pug. He keeps her busy with walks, fetch and learning new tricks. When Leeann is not working as a veterinary technician, she likes to be outdoors. Her family is active with the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association. Leeann also fulfills a variety of roles from acting to photography with Owosso Community Players, and she likes to spend time with her family and friends.


Licensed Veterinary Technician

Julie is one of our compassionate and skilled Licensed Veterinary Technicians.  She completed her education at Baker Community College.  As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, Julie loves working with pets everyday and being part of a caring team that helps them feel better.  Julie loves all types of animals, and especially loves snuggling cats.

Julie and her family have many pets, including dogs, cats, rats, rabbits, chickens and ducks.  When she is not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, fishing and being active outdoors.




Deb greets people and their pets with a friendly smile when they visit our office. Although she previously worked in a human medical office, Deb loves working with a team in veterinary medicine. She enjoys her co-workers and the people and pets she gets to help each day.

Deb is an animal lover in general. But, she has a special place in her heart for Dachshunds, and has three of her own: Hana, Bella, and Sadie Rose. Deb is a talented dancer and can be seen in community musical productions and plays.

Deb enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and her granddaughter.
